Overview

We are seeking an experienced, roll-up-the-sleeves HR Business Partner for our large, fast-paced, regional clean energy client to cover the specified territory. Significant travel required throughout the area.  Location near Salem, NH.  Position will report to the Vice President of HR.

Responsibilities include employee relations, training and development; employee communication; disciplinary process, investigations, EEO compliance adherence to applicable state labor laws within the assigned region. Recommending and implementing compensation plans and leading the development of succession plans.  Providing strategic guidance, training, collaboration and support to each facility’s management teams. Partnering with EHS on safety related issues.

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of HR Business Partner experience in a multi-plant facility. Must be comfortable working outside of a formal office environment.
