Overview

We are seeking a polished, professional Administrative Assistant with experience working in a CPA firm to support our mid-sized, fast-paced Certified Public Accounting Firm client in Salem, MA.

 

Responsible for overall administrative support for the staff, including correspondence, phones, filing; maintaining project tracking database, monitoring due dates for clients, managing the e-filing of tax returns and extensions; reviewing time sheets and generating invoices.

 

Must be a team player with excellent accuracy and attention to detail, strong multi-tasking, organizational, computer (e.g., ProSystemFX, MS Office, QuickBooks, Novel GroupWise, Adobe Acrobat Professional, CPE Tracker) and communication skills.  Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in an accounting firm.
