Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter for our growing, fast-paced client located near Portsmouth, NH.

Responsible for assisting the Recruiting Manager with all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process, covering multiple states. Executing sourcing strategies, working with hiring managers, coordinating interview schedules, pre-employment processes and on-boarding.  Travel to career fairs and to all assigned locations.

Must have strong communication and multi-tasking skills and a working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of full life cycle recruiting experience is required.
