Overview

Our client, a growing company, located near Laconia, NH is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage all aspects of the inside sales function and lead generation process.

 

Responsible for meeting sales goals by growing and maintaining assigned accounts including:  providing customer support, responding to requests for quotation, managing the sales order process, maintaining the CRM database and providing sales forecasts, account metrics and reports. This position is primarily an inside role using phone, email, screen-share; however, some travel may be required.

 

Must have proven inside sales experience in the defense industry.  Strong communication, presentation, customer service, multi-tasking, negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skills.  Must have outstanding project, time management, MS Office and CRM skills.  Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.  Must have experience in the defense industry.
