We are seeking a polished and professional Metrology Customer Service Representative for our small, team-oriented client, located near Hudson, NH.
Responsible for handling and processing customer’s test equipment received for calibration and repair; reviewing and preparing calibration-related documentation and helping customers with scheduling, questions and technical issues. Provide customers with the Company’s product and service information and maintain and update the customer records and documentation.
Must have experience as a Customer Service Representative in a technical environment, with outstanding communication, organizational, computer skills (MS Office, databases and web-based applications) and accurate data entry. Must be detail oriented and able to build relationships with the clients, prioritize and multitask. Experience with ISO, metrology, equipment calibration is preferred but not required. Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 17025 is a plus.
Minimum of an Associate’s degree is preferred. Additional certifications and/or training is a plus.
