Overview

We are seeking a professional, polished Senior Administrative Assistant, to support the Vice President for our fast-paced client located near Concord, NH.

 

Responsibilities include providing high-level confidential administrative support, to senior management and helping to coordinate, organize and produce proposal packages as part of the project management team.

 

Must have excellent computer (MS Office and Adobe), communication (verbal and written), and time management skills. Must be able to work as part of a team and manage team members as needed.

 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and a minimum of three years of related work experience is required.  Additional professional certifications in office management are a plus.
