We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner for our large, fast-paced, regional clean energy client to cover the northeast territory. Significant travel required throughout the area. Base location near Concord, NH.

Responsibilities include overall HR Business Partner duties with a focus on employee relations issues and investigations, EEO compliance and adherence to applicable state labor laws. Will partner with EH&S on safety related issues.

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of human resources management experience in a multi-plant facility.  Someone in a Business Partner position now or someone who is ready to step up into a Business Partner role would be considered. Must be comfortable working outside of a formal office environment.
