We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our large, growing high-tech manufacturing client, located near Burlington, MA.
Responsible for leading all purchasing, scheduling, production control, shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions. Ensuring accurate material requirements, scheduling of the factory including support functions, release of manufacturing work orders, scheduling of all incoming and outgoing logistics activities, and compliance with all customer and government shipping requirements.
Must have experience with supply chain best practices, continuous improvement and lean concepts. Must have outstanding communication, organizational, ERP Systems and MS Office skills. Must be able to lead, train and mentor employees, work across departments and supervise exempt and non-exempt employees. Some travel is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management or related technical field with a minimum of three years’ experience in Planning, Scheduling, Logistics and Purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
