We are seeking a high-energy, take-charge, compassionate and innovative Manager of Support Services for growing non-profit, senior living facility firm with multiple locations in Belknap County Lakes Region area.
Responsible for oversight of home health care, community dining, unit housekeeping maintenance, and resident services departments. Working with Federal and State agencies and programs and outside agencies/vendors. Ensure adherence to applicable compliance requirements.
Must have strong management, communication, organizational, employee relations and computer skills (MS Office). Must be comfortable in a changing environment and be able to provide creative solutions to help the organization grow. A valid NH Driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management or Social Services with a minimum of five years related work experience in the support services field managing programs and staff. Experience working in corporate environment, managing an operational budget is a plus.
